Does KRWN jewelry pass the diamond tester?

Yes. Every piece we sell is genuine VVS or Premium grade moissanite. No coated glass, no CZ. All pieces pass the diamond tester.

What is the ice flower cut?

Our proprietary ice flower cut is engineered for maximum light dispersion. More facets, more flash, more ice — built specifically for the hip-hop jewelry look.

What grades do you sell?

VVS and Premium grade only. We do not sell low-grade stones.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our operations center in Changzhou, China.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–3 business days. Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all countries where moissanite jewelry can be legally imported.

What is your return policy?

30-day return window. Item must be unworn and in original packaging. Contact us before returning.

What if my piece does not pass the diamond tester?

Contact us within 30 days with proof (diamond tester video). We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
