PRODUCTION PROCESS
FROM DESIGN TO YOUR WRIST
Every KRWN piece is the result of a meticulous 15-step production process. From the initial concept sketch to the final polish, our master craftsmen ensure each jewel meets the highest standards of quality and brilliance.
1. Design
Our designers conceptualize each piece, sketching detailed blueprints that define the shape, dimensions, and stone placement of every jewel.
2. Modeling
Using CAD software and hand modeling, a precise 3D model is created to visualize the final piece before any physical production begins.
3. Mold Making
A master mold is crafted from the approved model, serving as the template for producing consistent, high-fidelity jewelry pieces at scale.
4. Casting
Molten precious metal is poured into the mold under controlled conditions, forming the raw structure of the jewelry with precise detail.
5. Wax Carving
Skilled artisans hand-carve wax prototypes to refine intricate details, ensuring every curve and edge matches the original design perfectly.
6. Metal Forming
The cast metal is shaped, bent, and formed using specialized tools to achieve the exact structure and proportions of the final design.
7. Welding
Individual components are expertly welded together using precision techniques, creating seamless joints that ensure structural integrity and durability.
8. Finishing
Surface imperfections are removed and the piece is refined through filing and sanding, preparing it for the polishing and stone-setting stages.
9. Polishing
The piece is polished to a mirror-like shine using professional buffing wheels and compounds, bringing out the full brilliance of the metal.
10. Stone Setting
Expert stone setters carefully place each moissanite or lab-grown diamond by hand, securing every stone with precision prongs or pavé settings.
11. Chain Assembly
For chain-based pieces, each link is individually assembled and connected by hand, ensuring uniform tension, alignment, and a flawless drape.
12. Plating
The piece receives its final metal coating — gold, white gold, or rhodium — through an electroplating process that enhances color, luster, and longevity.
13. Final Polishing
A second round of polishing after plating ensures the surface is flawless, removing any micro-scratches and maximizing the piece’s brilliance.
14. Inspection
Every piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality inspection — checking stone security, plating uniformity, dimensions, and overall finish before approval.
15. Packing
Each approved piece is carefully packed in a premium KRWN gift box with protective materials, ready for safe delivery straight to your door.
