Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Pass the Diamond Tester Guarantee
If your KRWN piece does not pass the diamond tester, contact us within 30 days with video proof. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
